How is the Quarterly Companion different from hiring a consultant?
A traditional consultant often arrives, produces a large report, and leaves. The Quarterly Companion is a continuous relationship. We work alongside you across three months — attending to decisions as they arise, not just after the fact. The pace is steady rather than intensive.
What happens in a Foundations Review?
Over four weeks, we look carefully at your strategy, operations, and financial situation. We read your documents, speak with key people in your organization, and then put together a clear, prioritized roadmap. At the end, we present this to your leadership group so everyone is on the same page.
Are sessions conducted in person or remotely?
Both. We are based in Bogotá and happy to meet in person at your office or at our space on Carrera 13. We also work with clients across Colombia remotely via video call, with no difference in quality or attention.
How do the prices work — are these per session or per project?
The Direction Session is a single fixed-fee engagement at $120.000 COP. The Quarterly Companion is $210.000 COP for the full three months. The Foundations Review is $320.000 COP for the complete four-week process. All fees are stated clearly upfront with no additions.
Is the information I share kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is treated with professional discretion. We do not share client information with third parties and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any engagement begins, if that gives you additional comfort.
